Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes you can cancel anytime. However due to the volume of accessible content there is a minimum commitment of 12 months and the fee associated with that.
I only want one module, can I buy this separately?
Yes of course. However we operate under a broader subscription model. If you are interested in one or more specific modules please contact us directly here
I have some recommendations for improvements. How do I provide feedback?
We have included a feedback form at the end of each module which you can use. Alternatively please send your thoughts and comments to us directly here
I have to meet certain CPD requirements for my professional body. Are these courses CPD acredited?
Yes, each module is expected to take 30-45 minutes to complete and are all CDP approved.
How to I prove that I have completed the training?
At the end of each course you will receive a completion certificate. This personalised certificate will be available for download on your profile.
If I fail a course, can I retake the end of module test?
Yes, you can complete the course and test as many times as you feel necessary. If you have specific difficulties on a topic area, we have provided blogs and articles which can provide additional support. Alternatively feel free to contact us directly here
